Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Intern - Unpaid performs duties in their field of study or profession. This role involves varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, or customer support assignments. The intern will perform computations and typically work on semi-routine assignments.

As an apprentice, the Intern - Unpaid will be completing formal education or has recently graduated. Decisions are primarily focused on the interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. The intern will work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, with some latitude over prioritization and timing, and under minimal direction. The role follows standard policies and practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation, deviation, and/or independent discretion.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong academic history, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
  • Actively involved on-campus and/or in the community.
  • Possess an interest in working in the healthcare industry.
