Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. They must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future and should be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. A strong academic history with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is desired, along with active involvement on-campus and/or in the community, and an interest in working in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

The Intern - Unpaid performs duties in their field of study or profession, undertaking varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, or customer support assignments. They will perform computations and work on semi-routine assignments, acting as an apprentice while completing formal education or immediately following graduation. Decisions will focus on interpreting area/department policy and methods for completing assignments, working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards with some latitude over prioritization/timing, and under minimal direction.
