Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 6-8 years of experience specifically in SAP TMS, along with around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain management systems and processes. Preferred experience includes functional lead roles, cross-team collaboration, and experience in implementing SAP TMS with various deployment options, particularly EWM on S/4 HANA. Strong exposure to SAP TMS, SCT Software Carrier Integration, TMS Integration with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, and SAP EHS modules is required, as well as knowledge of creating Transportation Management specific Master Data such as Routes, Transportation network, Mode, Freight Agreement, Rate Table, and Trade Compliance Check.

Responsibilities

The SAP TMS Staff Business Analyst will be seen as a SAP TMS expert, advising on standard SAP solution design and configuration, collaborating with Global Process Owners and Leads on process design recommendations, identifying and implementing business process improvements, and gathering and analyzing requirements to determine the best solution. They will also provide routine updates to the global team regarding enhancements, conduct support requests, lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes, escalate decisions regarding requirements or process choice points, and articulate perspectives and experiences while delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
