Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of SAP SF ECP experience
  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations
  • Hands-on experience configuring SAP ECP: schemas, PCRs, wage types, and posting
  • Experience with integrations between ECP and other SAP/SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP payroll components, including wage types, schemas, rules, and posting to the accounting system
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing: retroactive and off-cycle calculations, tax processing, and bank transfers
  • Ensure integration of SAP ECP with Employee Central and financial systems
  • Monitor and resolve payroll-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Generate reports on payroll metrics and compliance for HR and finance teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Conduct unit, integration, and configuration testing before deployment
  • Train and support customers and internal teams to ensure successful system adoption
