[Remote] SAP S4/HANA Retail Consultant role :- Mid to Senior level at Infosys

Candidates must have substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting roles and a proven track record of managing SAP implementations or rollouts in the retail industry. A deep understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory, promotions, pricing, store operations, and e-commerce is essential. The role requires oversight of all SAP modules relevant to retail, including SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations. Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, meeting time, cost, and quality targets within budget, is necessary. Experience leading teams in complex environments with multiple vendors, intricate client organizational structures, and geographically distributed teams is required, along with experience working with global teams and leading both local and remote consultant teams. In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, Business, and Change components, and the ability to define and practically apply well-structured program delivery frameworks are crucial. Candidates should be able to lead teams in preparing large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators, articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations. Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences, a strong understanding of SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies, and experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources are also required. Outstanding communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders are essential. Project-related mobility and willingness to travel are also necessary.
