Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP PM module
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Use considerable judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex problems
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance
  • Make decisions that often impact the team
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead
  • Assist in To-Be process detail design, system configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
  • Prepare and execute testing
  • Prepare and conduct training
  • Support user acceptance test
  • Perform post go-live support
