Requirements

In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms
Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system
Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (nice-to-have)
Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients
Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance
Collaborate with clients to understand the payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support
Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices
