Requirements

  • +10 years of experience in SAP HCM
  • HCM Specialization Required
  • At least 1-2 projects with HCM Ongoing support
  • SAP Certification required
  • University Engineering/Business Degree (no lawyers)
  • Payroll Mexico and Latin American (Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Colombia preferable) Countries Expertise or Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and support on payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge on payroll rules and schemas
  • Knowledge and understanding of ABAP, social security and taxes, user exits for solution analysis
  • Leadership Skills
  • Experience in managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to interact with multiple teams, colleagues and key business users
  • Strong Fluency in English (Advanced level)
  • Country: México and Perú (ONLY)
  • Availability for full-time work Monday-Friday (office hours)
  • 100% Remote work

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for 2nd level tickets support
  • Responsible for tickets management and follow up
  • Responsible for technical documentation of any changes/tickets/specifications
  • Analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical specs, execution of unitary and regression testing
  • Work effectively with colleagues and business key users
  • Keeps contact with ABAP Development team
  • Responsible for functional/technical HCM Team
  • Responsible to create reports in Excel, PPT on a weekly basis for managerial levels
  • Responsible for HCM Team tickets tracking, follow up, update and documentation
  • Responsible for Business ticket detailed tracking matrix
  • Responsible to interact with all levels of organization for incidents resolution
  • Service Now experience is a plus (implied involvement)
