Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of SAP FICO support experience with configuration knowledge
Broad understanding of SAP functionality
Experienced in mentoring and guiding new members in technical aspects, business processes, and customer service
Experienced with custom program enhancements and defect management
Good understanding of standard business processes within the Record to Report space
Experience with current SAP technology (e.g., SAP ECC6)
Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally, with ability to adapt personal style to different environments
Strong organizational skills to ensure high levels of service
Strong analytical skills and documentation skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
Able to learn new processes quickly and keep knowledge and skills up to date
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in a team-oriented service desk/application support environment, with ability to contribute to cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, team-oriented approach, able to operate effectively in a busy environment
High level of independent thinking and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call for escalated high-priority issues

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for the Finance and Controlling (FICO) module in ARDx SAP systems
Resolve issues for the global ARDx business, working with team members and business users
Assist SAP Support Supervisor in ensuring appropriate response levels for resolving SAP production issues and promoting change requests
Assist in task allocation and metrics monitoring
Serve as first line of escalation for module-specific concerns
Guide new members within the RTR Team in technical and business processes
Provide day-to-day end-user support for ARDx SAP Systems
Act as first line of escalation for technical concerns
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for incident/change request processes
Adhere to IT SLAs for all support work
Identify and design system enhancements in response to user incidents
Complete functional and configuration documentation for solutions delivered
Provide training to users on standard ARDx processes
Maintain SAP process-related documentation per Change Management policies
Establish strong working relationships with Functional, Security, Transition Management, and Project teams
Assist in assessing, determining, and documenting customer requirements for IT services
Abide by all IT Policies and Procedures on data security, network, applications, account access, and SOPs
Undertake any other duties reasonably requested to meet business needs
