Requirements

  • 5+ years of FI/CO experience (at least 2 years with S/4HANA), including deep FI and/or CO functional knowledge
  • Demonstrated consulting experience with SAP project implementation
  • Additional SAP Financials knowledge is a plus (e.g., Financial SCM modules, Treasury, Digital Finance)
  • Experience in designing technical and/or integration SAP Architecture
  • Familiarity with the latest SAP products, methodology, and terminology
  • Knowledge of Czech and/or Slovak specifics impacting ERP solutions (VAT, Intrastat, accounting standards)
  • Motivation and drive to increase skills, analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Engineer or Master degree from a technical, business, or finance-related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance stream on S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Apply SAP Best Practices to create process and functional design aligned with SAP Clean Core
  • Contribute to building local SAP business practice
  • Support sales activities
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) both locally and remotely
