Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of SAP experience in ECC 6, S/4HANA and/or Signavio
Proven experience in business process consulting, especially in manufacturing (automotive or continuous manufacturing operation)
Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Excel, SQL, or SAP Analytics Cloud
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Ability to travel to customer locations as required (up to 50% travel; hybrid with onsite requirements near DXC offices)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Lead business process discovery and mapping using Signavio or equivalent tools
Analyze customer systems to identify gaps and align processes with SAP best practices
Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for processing optimization and automation
Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations
Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven assessments
Provide business analyst leadership in Agile and Waterfall project environments
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Perform other duties and job functions, as required
