Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
10+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on AMS, presales/go-to-market concepts, product-development lifecycle, and solution architecture
Proven success in client-facing roles involving SAP service positioning and deal shaping
Deep understanding of SAP technologies including S/4HANA, RISE, and BTP
Experience integrating SAP services into broader enterprise transformation programs
Proven experience in AMS capability management, talent development, and delivery optimization
Strong understanding of SAP market trends, competitive landscape, and client transformation priorities
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience in designing and scaling AMS offerings within global enterprises
Ability to inspire and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Hybrid position requiring up to 50% travel for client engagements across the Americas; candidates residing within 25 miles of a DXC office will work onsite two days per week

Responsibilities
