Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the execution of transactions and advisory projects across Global Banking areas and sub-products
  • Work in Debt Capital Markets, providing global solutions across markets and currencies
  • Work in Equity Capital Markets, advising on equity access, structuring, underwriting, and distribution (e.g., IPOs, follow-ons, equity-linked solutions, private placements)
  • Work in Leveraged Finance, providing solutions for acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, or recapitalization (e.g., leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, junior debt)
  • Work in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), advising on transactions across sectors, including valuation, structuring, negotiation, and execution
  • Work in Structured Finance, providing tailored products in Debt Advisory, Infrastructure Finance, Fund Finance, Asset Finance, and Debt Restructuring
  • Work in Syndicated Loans, supporting clients with revolving credit facilities, term loans, bridge facilities, underwriting, and syndication
  • Combine hands-on experience in different projects with training on technical and interpersonal skills
