Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school education or GED, and previous custodial experience is preferred. They must be able to read and write legibly, follow orders, and demonstrate basic mathematical skills. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, sweepers, floor scrubbers, bailers, and hydraulic trash compactors is required.

Responsibilities

The Sanitation Worker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the division building and related property, including sweeping, emptying trash bins, pulling pallets, cleaning spills and breakages, performing light maintenance duties, preparing reports, and maintaining facility grounds. They may also clean other areas of the warehouse and offices, track and order maintenance supplies, and operate various pieces of equipment as needed.
