Responsibilities

Receive items handed over from previous shift
Check equipment and machinery before production starts
Confirm product name and order details before entering production
Verify product appearance is OK and begin production
Regularly inspect products and machinery throughout production process
Flexibly enter production output and clean work area
Hand over unfinished work to next shift upon shift end
Sign related work documents
Provide suggestions and proposals for improving/upgrading machinery and equipment to ensure safety and enhance production efficiency
Request direct manager support for problems that cannot be self-resolved or exceed authority
