Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in Salesforce, including roles as a Technical Architect or a combination of Architect and Developer positions. A deep understanding of integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using tools like iPaaS, custom APIs, or ETL pipelines is essential. Strong knowledge of environment and release management, including version control best practices and CI/CD deployment methodologies, is required. Advanced proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Flow, design patterns for scalable development, LWC, JavaScript, and front-end technologies like HTML is also necessary. Experience with multi-instance Salesforce environments, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, HIPAA-compliant environments, Salesforce certifications, and Salesforce DevOps tooling are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Technical Architect will define and drive the architectural vision for Rula's Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and a multi-instance environment. This role involves defining and driving the integration strategy, guiding scalable solution design, and enabling high-quality DevOps practices across teams. The architect will collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable systems that support critical workflows.
