Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to gather and document business requirements. Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization is required, including proficiency in creating and managing reports, dashboards, workflows, and security settings. Familiarity with data migration and quality processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Functional Analyst will proactively identify system changes, gather feedback from users, and manage system changes without disrupting user operations. They will communicate system changes to users in advance, gather requirements from end-users, modify the system to improve benefits and usability, and manage the change control process. The role involves creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, views, and reports, as well as handling ongoing customization, managing new releases, and providing user support and training. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining system security, documenting processes, assisting with data migration, and monitoring data quality.
