Candidates must have 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role, along with 5+ years of CRM industry experience. Required experience includes architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, GenAI prompt writing, and hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action. The role also requires the ability to drive requirement gathering, design and optimize business processes across disparate systems, tie outcomes to business value through storytelling, and lead cross-functional teams. Experience with flow charting tools like Lucidchart is necessary, and a willingness to learn new technologies is essential.
The Salesforce Experience Architect will drive the solution and build Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to clients. Responsibilities include providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor, driving requirement gathering and acting as the Salesforce platform expert, and bringing an experience design-focused mindset to solutions. The architect will work with clients to build their strategy and roadmap, leverage Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence, and provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans. They will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members, while staying updated on new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
