Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role, along with 5+ years of CRM industry experience. They must have experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and a strong understanding of Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud.
The Solution Architect will provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor, drive requirement gathering and act as the Salesforce platform expert, work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, provide input on detailed design specifications, and coach and mentor junior team members.
