Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
  • Strong understanding of CPQ elements: product rules, pricing structures, discounting, approval workflows, quote documents
  • Familiarity with Distributor Inventory Management and Distributor Claims processes is a plus
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, PLMS and Model N
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I, Revenue Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience working in Agile teams with tools like Jira and version control systems such as Git or Copado
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud components including product bundles, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support advanced CPQ use cases and guided selling experiences
  • Configure and extend Salesforce Billing, including invoice schedules, usage-based billing, tax rules, and revenue recognition events
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate pricing strategies and Q2C workflows into scalable technical solutions
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP and external systems (Oracle, PLMS) via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms such as Boomi
  • Apply AI and Agentic AI capabilities to streamline design win quoting, suggest optimal pricing based on historical wins/losses, and proactively flag inconsistencies in DPA claims
  • Prototype AI-driven tools that assist sales and channel teams in evaluating deal margins, predicting design registration success rates, and automating DPA claim validations
  • Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live enhancements
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce coding standards, security best practices, and audit/compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, ASC 606)
  • Troubleshoot issues across CPQ quoting, contracting, and billing flows to ensure business continuity and data integrity
