Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CRM implementations
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (DEV402) preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce development and configuration
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and document scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities
  • Coordinate deployment activities and ensure smooth migration of Salesforce changes from development to production environments
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, addressing any issues or enhancements related to Salesforce systems
