Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a hybrid Salesforce BA/Admin/Consultant role
  • Experience with CI/CD practices/pipelines (plus)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence
  • Previous experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Demand Tools, DataLoader, Workbench) (plus)
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving, communication, and analysis skills
  • Excellent writing skills for documentation creation/maintenance
  • Salesforce certifications (plus but not required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to understand needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Communicate with product managers, developers, analysts, contractors, and support engineers to understand business and technical requirements
  • Drive improvements to workflows and processes by leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules
  • Support Agile delivery by contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acting as the liaison between business and technical teams
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Create and maintain documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, and training materials
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
