  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of substantial experience with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Strong general business acumen
  • History of managing complex processes and multi-layered projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
  • Ability to provide leadership and clearly communicate WHAT customers need and WHY it is important
  • Ability to build relationships with business SMEs, technical teams, architects, and Product teams
  • Variety of industry and Customer Relationship Management experience and process knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams
  • Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements
  • Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie
  • Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features
  • Write user stories in Jira with testable acceptance criteria by working with Quality Assurance
  • Identify and communicate dependencies between stories in and out of the Salesforce backlog
  • Manage priority of the backlog in Jira
  • Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time
  • Verify requirement delivery to coordinate story acceptance
  • Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners
  • Support questions from production users
