Experience working cross-functionally with various teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Nice-to-have qualifications include Zendesk Admin Certification, healthcare or fast-paced startup experience, familiarity with WFM and QA tooling, and experience with Generative AI based Customer Experience tools.
The Senior Associate, Platform Operations will own the daily administration of support tools like Zendesk Support, QA, and Workforce Management, including managing triggers, automations, views, macros, SLAs, and Omnichannel Routing. They will also troubleshoot technical or operational issues with support tooling reported by teams and provide support on large-scale implementation and improvement projects.
