Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, a deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and automation tools, and strong administrative skills including Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Reports & Dashboards. Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Architect certifications are preferred, along with the ability to read and modify Apex classes and triggers at a Platform Developer I level. Experience with integrations such as Workato, Gainsight, Conga, Docusign, and REST APIs is also required.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will evaluate and implement scalable Salesforce architecture for new and existing solutions, configure standard Salesforce functionality including custom objects, flows, and validation rules, troubleshoot Apex code, analyze org health, and recommend improvements to technical debt, security, and automation. They will also assist in documenting system configurations, provide hands-on user support, manage and coordinate deployments, and help manage and coordinate deployments (changesets or DevOps tools).
