Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
  • Five years of experience in research, content curation, or insights management, with at least two years in a leadership role
  • Native-level fluency in English (all verbal and written communication within the team is in English)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on actionable insights and business impact
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a multicultural team, and confidence to collaborate and communicate with senior leaders
  • Works with agility and is comfortable taking risks, getting feedback, and implementing a solution quickly
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, grow, and execute
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently in a virtual environment, managing multiple time zones
  • High level of competence with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • A home office or work area that is suitable for productive work, per local guidelines (safe, ergonomic workspace and high-speed stable and secure internet connection)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Client Relationship Insights team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Track, monitor, and manage the team’s progress and performance
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to team members to grow their research and insightful thinking capabilities
  • Oversee the research process, curate and present insights effectively, ensuring they align with business needs and strategic priorities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, compliant deliverables to account teams and senior business leaders
  • Maintain constant curiosity of human behavior and client buying patterns
  • Stay on the leading edge of technology and predictive methodologies, applying new knowledge to improve support and business impact
  • Move with agility to identify opportunities to leverage insights for strategic decision-making and business growth
  • Lead and set the strategic direction for the Client Relationship Insights team, ensuring delivery of elevated and relevant insights about clients and relationships
  • Collaborate to identify areas of the business that require guidance and coaching
  • Drive comprehensive research and insights analysis
  • Provide strategic guidance to practitioners to derive actionable next steps to elevate relationships and win deals
