Requirements

3+ years of management consulting experience, with a focus on commerce strategy, sales performance, or digital transformation within the Retirement industry
Proven experience designing and optimizing omni-channel buying experiences
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and process optimization
Understanding of digital commerce and sales technologies and cloud solutions
Experience working with sales performance improvement
Proven work experience in Financial Services, specifically Capital Markets and Retirement space
Expertise in designing, scaling, and operating seamless buying experiences across all channels in a digital-first world
Experience implementing pricing strategies to maximize financial performance and improving sales effectiveness (increasing win rates, reducing costs, speeding up sales cycles)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and engage stakeholders from junior consultants to executives

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of end-to-end seamless, omni-channel buying experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Understand the Retirement and Financial Services industry and front-line sales and commerce organizations, and apply knowledge to optimize and transform clients' sales and service solutions
Analyze client data to identify optimal pricing strategies, improve sales pipelines, reduce the cost of sales, and enhance win rates
Assist clients in simplifying processes, reducing inefficiencies, and maximizing customer value, while ensuring consistency and brand strength
Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new technologies and processes that drive sustainable commercial success
Partner with clients and internal teams to define business cases, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations to meet client needs and business objectives
Identify opportunities for business growth, help prepare proposals, and contribute to developing the Accenture Song Commerce Advisory practice
