Requirements
- Ability to design and develop training content across key themes: product, leadership, sales, self-development, customer experience, service, beauty knowledge, and social selling
- Experience collaborating with markets and global teams (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Rep experience)
- Skills in ensuring content is simple, relevant, inclusive, easy to adapt, and suitable for multiple formats (e.g., instructor-led, digital, video, social)
- Capability to measure training effectiveness, collect feedback, and adjust materials
- Knowledge of keeping content up-to-date with industry trends
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update online and offline training content for Field teams and Retail based on business and top market needs to drive performance and growth
- Support campaign kick-offs and new product launches
- Collaborate with markets to ensure content fits for purpose
- Support markets with training content deployment and implementation
- Keep content up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Measure the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback from markets and adjusting materials accordingly
- Work closely with other Central departments (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Rep experience) and global teams to develop digital enablement tools and go-to-market content
