Responsibilities

Support activities and objectives of the Sales Training area, carrying out projects and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as support in logistics for training or coaching events
Develop, support, and/or maintain digital content for sales and marketing training materials
Participate in key meetings to generate ideas and innovation that impact sales results through the sales force's learning experience related to knowledge development, client-facing skills, and use of sales role tools
Support administration and/or documentation of sites (SharePoints) and/or learning platforms used by the sales and marketing training area
Support documentation of training processes (logistics, participant attendance, course assignment according to sales force profiles)
