Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative or project management experience
  • Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office
  • Ability to stand, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, bend and climb for periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers
  • Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Manage and track all order reporting data
  • Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments
  • Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction
  • Help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving/sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds
