  • Confirmed experience in client relationship and request management
  • Knowledge of financing products and policies

Responsibilities

  • Commercial and administrative management of Retail financing files for New, Used, Repair & Rebuild, and Bergerat Rent White Label for machines, tools, and solutions sold by Bergerat Monnoyeur or secondary dealers (ASSC), or for machines and tools sold to ASSCs (fleet or stock financing)
  • Support commercial at Headquarters: receive commercial files, verify quotes; transmit a quote to a seller, ASSC, client, or Bergerat Rent Location Managers after analyzing client quality to determine Pricing (COF, Spread, potential Marketing Program), in accordance with financial product characteristics and internal policies
  • Enter data into Capital Stream/SalesForce and transmit the file to the Credit Department
  • Follow up on the file in liaison with the Regional Commercial Manager (TM), ASSC, Seller/IAV, or Client
  • Communicate the decision and negotiate
  • Enter Pricing and request issuance of contractual documents from the Doc Team in accordance with the Credit decision
  • Finalize Pricing and request implementation of the file in accordance with applicable rules (signature or document issuance dates, rules for Marketing Programs, compliance with spread-related rules)
  • Update information in systems, notably SalesForce
  • Manage ASSCs: monitor ASSC Credit Lines in collaboration with TMs, develop relationships with ASSCs (visits, participation in promotional days)
  • Main activity in France, with mastery of Belgium processes for backup of certain tasks not requiring advanced Dutch skills
