Strong understanding of the mining industry, including current trends, operational challenges, regulatory frameworks, and key players
Advanced analytical skills and data mining techniques for decision making and critical thinking
Customer focus, with ability to align solutions to unique needs of mining operations and craft customized support strategies
Effective communication skills for presenting technical and strategic information to internal teams and mining clients
Relationship management skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities across global regions
Ability to work on-site full-time in Peoria, IL, or Tucson, AZ
Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between regional sales teams and the Salesforce platform, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked (timing, quantities, part numbers, probabilities)
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess product evolution impacts and develop customized commercial support plans for each customer
Work closely with the MineStar supply chain team to recommend stocking levels, manage end-of-life transitions, and align inventory with upcoming deals
Support regional sales managers and GTM teams by driving awareness, training, preparing, delivering, and following up on materials for dealers and customers
Lead and participate in regular meetings with core teams and leadership
Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization and support customer migration strategies and tailored incentives for adoption
