Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sales Support Associate will review and process items from various queues for assigned retail locations, escalate unusual situations to the supervisor, provide support to retail locations regarding discounts and exceptions, research discrepancies and accurately enter data, answer inquiries from Sales Professionals, perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, review aging accounts, record and track deposits, maintain regular attendance, and perform other related duties as assigned.
