Requirements

  • HBO or MBO level 4 education
  • Relevant experience (Sales support, sales operations, or inside sales preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • Danish (a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming orders, ensure accurate contract renewals and updates

  • Identify process bottlenecks and communicate them to the relevant teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to improve workflows and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain data in Salesforce and generate reports to support decision-making
