Requirements

  • Based in Warsaw and able to go to the office 3 days per week
  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and B2 level of English
  • Experience pitching and closing opportunities over the phone and/or in person (beneficial, especially cold-calling and ad-hoc face-to-face meetings)
  • First-class communication skills (listening, presenting ideas, persuading)

Responsibilities

  • Build connections and grow the community by signing up cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers
  • Conduct a mix of inside and outside sales, including ad-hoc meetings, cold calls per day, and face-to-face meetings to seal partnerships
  • Own the entire sales process and onboard partners on the platform
  • Be responsible for new partners’ performance on the app during their first month of cooperation
  • Communicate with restaurants and other food businesses (via physical visits, email, cold-calls, social media) to introduce Too Good To Go
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers, generate interest, and sign partnerships
  • Find creative ways to reach potential business partners
  • Seek ambassadors among the Too Good To Go partners community to share the mission widely
