Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets within the allocated geographical region (South Coast & South West UK, including Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Southampton, Wokingham)
  • Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care
  • Manage territory through comprehensive business plans
  • Focus on highest value opportunities to grow new business, take competitor share, adopt new technologies, and maintain key customers/core business
  • Manage and develop accounts, owning the relationship between the company and customer to maximise impact of activities driving growth
  • Build strong networks of relationships to identify opportunities to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment
  • Present brand value propositions and value-added solutions to influence buying behaviours
  • Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans using key systems and data for business insights and account needs
  • Partner with Professional Education to develop/maintain KOL relationships and promote the company's Professional Education offering
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with Marketing and Professional Education teams
