Requirements

  • Speak fluent Dutch and have a professional level of English (other languages are a plus)
  • True bridge-builder and easily connect with potential partners (such as local shops, bakeries, butchers)
  • Not afraid of cold calling – call with confidence and know how to start a conversation, even with people you’ve never spoken to before. And it gives you energy!
  • Excellent listener and know how to ask the right questions
  • Resilient and proactive in researching and calling new leads, and show perseverance when things get tough
  • Organized, independent, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Solution-oriented and get energy from helping local entrepreneurs get started on Too Good To Go
  • Have a valid driver’s license (category B)

Responsibilities

  • Speak to 40-60 business owners a day via calls to get them excited about Too Good To Go
  • Visit promising leads in the field (e.g., exploring Flanders by bike, train, or car) to inspire and convince 40-60 entrepreneurs a day (from supermarkets to cafés) to join the app
  • Support new partners through their first 28 days, ensuring they are well onboarded, ready to offer Surprise Bags, and equipped to use the platform
  • Be the go-to contact for new partners to make their first experience a success
  • Update pipeline in Salesforce, track progress, and brainstorm with teammates on improvements and growth
  • Attend office days (at least twice a week, including Mondays for team meetings)
