Requirements

  • Bachelor or more in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent field
  • Multiple years experience in a Life Science Research environment, with a solid understanding of Spatial Biology workflows
  • Direct experience working in a lab environment, with a preference for Spatial Biology expertise
  • Background in science, with experience handling tissue samples and imaging proteomics
  • Proven track record in technical solutions selling experience ideally with capital equipment and consumables, account management, demonstrating the ability to build and sustain customer relationships
  • Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales territory effectively, maximizing sales opportunities through prospecting, opportunity development, and negotiation in the Spatial Biology market
  • Own the sales process and present full solution offerings to customers, demonstrating the value of our comprehensive Spatial Biology solutions through demonstrations and technical expertise
  • Quote customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring clarity and competitiveness
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success, including forecasting and funnel management
  • Utilize value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs
