Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts in the Trading & Surveillance segment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and relationship management
  • Identify and execute simple upsell opportunities to expand account value
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on client objectives and deliverables
  • Participate in training and mentoring sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance
