Requirements

  • Completed University degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field
  • Proven Cath-lab experience or medical device sales with in-lab support
  • Hands-on technical proficiency: device handling & loading during cases
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak language as well as English language
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Solid presentation and analytical skills; disciplined CRM/forecast habits
  • Driving licence and flexibility to travel within designated territory (Prague and areas of Hradec Kralove, Plzen, Usti nad Labem, Ceske Budejovice) including 60-70% travel and occasional congresses/trainings abroad
  • Located in the assigned territory (Prague and areas of Hradec Kralove, Plzen, Usti nad Labem, Ceske Budejovice)

Responsibilities

  • Provides in-lab procedural support during TAVI cases, ensuring safe, efficient device handling, on-table loading, and optimal procedural flow
  • Drives commercial growth by expanding Medtronic’s TAVI market share across key Bohemian centres and outperforming competitors
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and Cath lab teams to support product adoption and clinical trust
  • Delivers structured education to healthcare professionals (MDs, nurses, techs) through on-site training, workshops, and coordination of proctoring and observation days
  • Leads tender and pricing activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and following compliance and procurement procedures
  • Ensures accurate CRM usage and reliable sales forecasting to support business planning and performance tracking
  • Monitors market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats, and strategies for local market development
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Market Access teams to align on territory goals, product positioning, and patient outcomes
  • Promoting and selling innovative structural heart solutions within a defined territory, driving adoption through strong clinical and commercial engagement
