The Sales Representative will be responsible for strengthening Columbia's market position by managing existing accounts and expanding the business with Intersport and Sport2000 affiliates in South/West Germany. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, representing the brand at trade shows, organizing seasonal meetings, conducting store visits, coaching in-store staff, tracking performance, and implementing replenishment strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, championing brand values, and executing in-store activations and storytelling.
