Requirements

  • Acknowledged education and degree in relevant field/discipline such as Nursing (OR, ICU, Cath lab), Biomedical Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated cath lab experience
  • Medical device clinical/technical support experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
  • Based in Istanbul, Turkey, responsible for located city and Aegean region

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Operating Unit strategy: development and execution of plans for centers within the assigned sales territory, driving and ensuring alignment of sales and service targets
  • Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within assigned geographic area and/or specific customer account to meet or exceed targets
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services
  • Identify growth opportunities, ensure the collection of market and competitive data, trends and metrics, ensure inventory management
  • Provide technical support, information and demonstration of related Medtronic products
  • Provide training and education for HCPs in approved sites to ensure proper use of products
  • Assist marketing in developing training and educational activities and in increasing enrollment
  • Provide nursing and/or medical expertise to support case reports, journal articles and clinical reports from clinicians, represent Medtronic at conferences and symposiums
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
  • Develop and execute on therapy awareness and market development plans/strategies as needed to treat more patients with therapy
  • Demonstrate quality in all actions; train and educate customers on proper use of the Medtronic Neurovascular Diseases Treatment Products
  • Work with Interventional Neuro Radiologists (INR), Interventional Neurologists (IN), Cath Lab technicians and other hospital personnel to facilitate optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing/product management, working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and building productive internal/external working relationships
  • Achieve business targets and execute various strategies to develop and grow business and maintain/increase market shares
