Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition in the assigned area (Southeast Germany)
  • Consulting and support for existing customers (events, inventory management, product assortment, pricing, market development)
  • Support for sales clearance (e.g., competitor analyses, product support)
  • Planning and execution of joint customer events (e.g., trade fairs, rides) (partly on weekends)
  • Implementation of sales targets, optimization of product and margin mix
  • Measures to increase market share of Dunlop & Avon motorcycle tires
  • Development of regional marketing and sales concepts including success control
  • Support for the Sales Manager in quantity planning, target achievement, and reporting
  • Achieving revenue and profit targets aligned with the company’s strategic goals and annual operating plan
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while providing consultative support to foster client development
