  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred)
  • Approximately 20% travel
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile
  • Physical: Medium work (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds constantly); coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; ability to grasp by hand; meet cognitive demands including visual/auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability, and retention
  • Mental: Exercise discretion and independence; manage time, projects, stress, and conflict; strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication); bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision; prioritize work and keep detailed/confidential records; communicate/present to large groups; unwavering ethics and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating product value
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Regional Manager
  • Exceed performance goals
  • Use product knowledge to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed
