Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical technology or a comparable field (e.g., financial services, capital goods sales)
  • Passion for selling technically complex and demanding products and services
  • Experience in building long-term customer relationships and new business development
  • Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and an open, sympathetic demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Possession of a valid class B driver's license
  • Preferred
  • Completed degree in medical technology, civil engineering, or health management
  • Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as an operating room technical assistant (OTA) or comparable roles in the industry
  • Routine in dealing with C-level decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Taking over sales activities for capital goods and consumables from our Surgical Technologies product portfolio for the operating room
  • Responsibility for operational and strategic management of your sales territory in the East region (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden)
  • Conducting targeted new customer acquisition and customer care around the use of our exciting products Neptune and Safe Air
  • Implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies and negotiating with OR management, chief physicians, clinic administrations, medical technology, and purchasing departments
  • Advising and training medical and nursing staff on product application in the OR, as well as in workshops and test sites
  • Developing customized concepts and financing plans for your customers
  • Active participation in trade fairs, congresses, and specialist conferences to expand your network and gain new impulses
