Successful candidates will be dedicated, creative, and tenacious sales professionals with a proven track record. They will act as subject matter experts for Treace Medical products and procedures, build confidence with surgeons and operating room staff, and strategically develop new customers through prospecting and following up on leads. Responsibilities also include providing feedback on product design to the marketing team, planning and executing product training for surgeons, and developing/maintaining strong relationships with key account personnel for sales, market development, service, and clinical events.
