Requirements

  • A university degree (technical or commercial field preferred, but not a must)
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical or industrial sectors
  • Industry knowledge in chemicals, oil & gas, automotive, or life sciences is a plus
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal car (for regional travel)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and approaching new customers through market research and outreach
  • Managing existing accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Preparing offers and leading contract negotiations
  • Presenting products and technical gas solutions to clients
  • Working closely with marketing, customer service, and application engineering teams
  • Recording customer data and sales activity in SAP and CRM systems
  • Reaching set sales targets and contributing to business growth in your region
