Requirements

  • University graduate or above
  • 1+ years of sales experience with ordinary automobile driving
  • Medical industry experience preferred
  • Native-level Japanese
  • English not required
  • Manufacturer sales experience preferred
  • Medical industry sales experience (including medical devices or MR) preferred
  • Strong desire to acquire product knowledge, technical skills, and academic knowledge
  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively with related departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proactive in mutual cooperation and support among team members to contribute to team/organizational results
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement for better outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Provide information and conduct sales activities to doctors, clinical laboratory technicians, clinical engineers at university hospitals, public hospitals, major private hospitals, and sales agents
  • Support existing customers and develop new business as a team under the slogan "Win as a Team" to achieve sales targets
  • Propose total solutions to resolve customer challenges
  • Total management of assigned area (formulation and implementation of sales strategies)
  • Plan and implement various events in collaboration with marketing department (seminars, training, academic exhibitions)
  • After-sales service (handling product/data inquiries, primary repair response)
  • Perform sales activities as DMR (clinical laboratory drug information representative) and provide simple technical support for analytical devices
