Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
  • 0 - 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
  • Computer and MS Office proficient
  • Active driver’s license
  • Industry experience highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)
  • Experience in Intervention or cardiovascular medical device preferred
  • Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus

Responsibilities

  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct
  • Conduct case In-service & observation in Cath-lab or OR
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area (Daejeon & Chungcheong areas) and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop, build, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors
  • Communicate with customers promptly for preparing & planning case
  • Provide clinical education in the field of the company’s products and/or services
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
