Requirements

General Requirements:

  • English proficiency: Minimum 50%
  • Desirable experience in negotiations with hospitals and/or basic health cadres (private and decentralized).
  • Satisfactory latest MyPM qualification (Internal Candidates).
  • SPP metrics at objective.
  • Sales performance in Segment 1 and Segment 2, or Sales Representatives who have grown their territory by 2 Quintiles in the last year (Internal Candidates).
  • Proven successful commercial results in the last two years (External Candidates).
  • Adherence to Leadership Behaviors (clear and assertive communication, commitment, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, action, empathy).
  • High ethical standards in personal and professional life.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market opening and demand generation in the Dermatology market in private and health sector institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE & HDE).
  • Responsible for access and management in purchasing processes in Decentralized Institutions.
  • Search and development of new business in Private and Decentralized markets.

Zone Information

  • Base Location: CDMX
  • Working Zone: Mixed Zone of the City: South, Santa Fe, Observatorio, Calz. Zaragoza, and Texcoco.
  • Travel Zone: San Luis Potosí (Air, two nights), Villahermosa (Air, two nights).
  • Average Travel Days per Month: 4 days.
