Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales program management, campaign execution, or sales operations — ideally within the technology / IT industry
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver complex cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, including direct and channel sales dynamics
  • Strong business planning and financial acumen — able to connect programs to pipeline and revenue performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable working with sales leaders and senior management
  • Analytical, proactive, and highly organised — capable of working with limited supervision while influencing multiple teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Eloqua, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Fluency in German/French will be considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales programs and campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue achievement in alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with Sales and Category teams to translate product and market strategies into actionable sales plays and go-to-market initiatives
  • Develop campaign frameworks, messaging, and sales enablement content (presentations, guides, toolkits, assets) to support direct and indirect sales channels
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics — pipeline creation, conversion, attach rates, revenue contribution — and recommend actions to improve results
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to ensure consistent messaging, timing, and execution quality
  • Support regional sales teams with program readiness, communications, and feedback loops to ensure local relevance and adoption
  • Stay ahead of market and competitive trends, providing insights to adjust programs and ensure differentiation
  • Manage program budgets, calendars, and reporting, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within scope
